If a guide didn't help you, write to hello@katekovac.com within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full. No questions asked.

Please use the email address you paid with, so we can find your order. Refunds go back to the original payment method through lava.top and usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

If you have a problem with delivery, write to us first: in most cases we can fix it within a day.
